Q1. Why do you use only registered mail and not normal mail?

A: Registered mail is a much safer delivery option compared to normal mail. We want you to receive what you purchase. When the package is in transit, both you and TRENDZ can track the package using a tracking number provided by SingPost. This ensures that your purchase is safely delivered to your doorstep instead of being dumped in a post box.

Q2. Why does the postage rate for each different item differ?

A: The postage rate for each item is determined by the weight of the item and the packaging. The weight for each individual item is shown under the product. The cost for postage is set by SingPost, and an additional S$2.24 for registered mail. (postage cost = normal postage rate for item + S$2.24)

Q3. Are there any additional costs when you opt to collect your purchases personally?

A. Meet-ups are free. Therefore, if you choose to collect your purchases through meet-ups, you would only have to pay for the cost of your purchases!

Q4. How do I calculate the postage cost if I buy more than one item?

A. When purchasing more than one item, the cost of postage is given as the cost of postage for the heaviest item plus another $0.50 for each additional item.

Example: 3 items, weighing 500g, 100g and 40g each.
Cost of postage = $1.00 for 500g + (2 x $0.50) + $2.24 for registered mail
= $4.24


Q5. Why do you need my mobile number?

A. This is important for delivery. We do not want to miss you at meet-ups neither would the postman.
